Basically, Pushing the boat out here, guys. I'm neck-deep in research and policy paper writing for an NGO. Recently, I've been wrestling with this tricky argument that just can't seem to nail down in my latest piece. It's midnight-oil-burning season, and I've got looming deadline hanging over me like the sword of Damocles. Anyone else had these "Oh, why did ever choose research? Moments? And it's not just about finding the right data or sources it's also about articulating your thoughts effectively. Yeesh! So, in fit of desperation (and mild panic), decided to try out an research assistant. You know, those software tools that claim to help you write better research papers? Did some poking around on the internet and found couple of interesting ones. One is called 'Ref-N-Write. It's kind of mixed bag. On the other hand, though, the price tag is steep—around $45 for six months! That's almost as painful as my deadline!
