How to create effective research paper titles?

I'm not even kidding when I say this research paper was a nightmare... So I've been tossed into the deep end with this whole research paper business, and boy, it's confusing world in here. Mean, who knew creating an effective title could be as hard as solving math problem? My Prof says it's the bait that gets readers hooked, but I'm stuck.

Also, I'm torn between two research paper services 'PaperPro' and 'ScribeAid'. Both seem solid but which one to choose? Price-wise they are similar, but maybe one of you has experience with them? So how about some wisdom nuggets for rookie researcher?
