Diving right into the heart of the matter here, End Note had me pulling my hair out when first started using it! Can't count how many cups of coffee downed trying to figure out that software. But Not gonna sugarcoat it, Now about those research paper services I’ve seen some of my students go through this struggle and it’s really not easy.
Buddy of mine suggested service called Scribbr for editing and proofreading during his postdoc years, said their feedback was more insightful than the usual generic comments. Pricing can be steep though as it's around 0.014 cents per word. If you're hoping for something AI-powered, I've heard decent things about Grammarly Premium specifically for academic writing but haven’t tried it myself yet. It goes for around $11/month if you snag their annual plan. But remember, no tool or service is going to substitute good ol' elbow grease! Keep grinding and don't shy away from asking for help when you need it! Yeah, any other End Note veterans here who can share their first-timer woes?
