Quality issues with GradeMiners for scientific writing - anyone else?

Ever find yourself in deep waters trying to polish up research paper? Well, I'm currently bobbing around in the middle of my English Lit capstone project, and let's just say it's no picnic. To be honest, Desperate times call for desperate measures, right? So, gave Grade Miners shot hoping they'd help me with the methodology section of my paper. The experience though. Was less than stellar. Not sure if got dud writer or what, but the quality just wasn't up to scratch. Mean, Hemingway I’m not, but even could tell there were issues. Anyone else had similar experiences? Or did just luck out on their 'not so best' day? Also, are there other services you guys have used that really nail the methodology part? Would love some direction here!
