omg I'm literally in the exact same boat rn My music cognition paper is due Monday and I spent 4 hours yesterday just trying to figure out how to cite a YouTube video of a therapy session. APA 7th edition is so confusing with digital content.

What I found helpful was watching a couple YouTube tutorials (ironic I know) specifically for APA formatting for research papers. Just search "APA format tutorial" and watch a couple until one clicks. Also Microsoft Word actually has built-in APA templates now! File > New > search "APA" and it'll set everything up for you with the right spacing and headings already done
